The churn of the global economy has impacted businesses in ways we never could have anticipated. Now is the time to assess, inspire and help your clients (and yourself) take control of what they can change – the way they work, the way they set and achieve goals using a picture.
You will learn a simple visual technique and process that you can immediately transfer to client work. You’ll create and leave with your own Snapshot of the Big Picture map and tool to help you clarify and assess the current state of where you (or your clients) are right now – what you are doing well, what is challenging, your skills, and characteristics of your current environment. Then you’ll imagine where you (or your clients) really want to be one year from today – the qualities and characteristics of the kind of experiences you will be having; while leveraging current neuroscience discoveries to brainstorm the 3 Bold Steps to get yourself from where you are now to where you want to be. Finally, you will create a clear, simple and compelling action plan to revisit and build upon each week to bring about the changes you desire.
